The CGI Global Alliance Business Development Operations Specialist role will be focused on expanding and managing CGI's participation in selected Global Alliance partner programs.
CGI's Global Alliance team is passionate about crafting strategic offerings and partnerships, working across industries to shape the strategic direction and growth of CGI. This global team is highly curious, innovative, collaborative and motivated to create value for CGI and our Clients.
As a Global Alliance Business Development Operations Specialist, you will take direction from the Global Alliances Leader. The role will support the two to three Global Alliance Managers (GAM) in their functions of leading their respective alliance. This individual will play a critical role by delivering valued-added information and leveraging our partner program alliance benefits to their full extent.
Candidates proximate to a CGI office in the US will be considered. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and CGI partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office or client site, as needed.
Your future duties and responsibilities- Working with selected Global Alliances in managing and administering the respective partner programs.
- Working closely with the respective GAMs to develop, optimize and maintain key reports on certifications, pipeline, incentives and ad hoc requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of the respective Alliance programs and available incentives.
- Supporting key alliance engagement functions including deal registration, deployment registration, inbound lead management and other sales enablement functions available in the alliance partner program portal.
- Assisting CGI IP Solution and Service Offering teams with the onboarding of offering to selected alliance partner marketplace.
- Cleaning and maintaining CGI's profiles, payment data and tax profiles on the partner portals.
- Facilitating incentives management, claims and payment redistribution.
- Tracking the availability, attribution and expiry of various benefits on the alliance partner portal.
- Ensuring our internal data is as accurate as possible as it pertains to each assigned alliance partner.
- Working with the identified alliance SBU Alliance Leads and GAM to identify opportunities to leverage more benefits from our alliance partner.
Bachelor's degree plus 0-2 years of experience. In addition:
- Experience working with Partners/Alliances programs and portals. (preferred)
- Strong Office Suite skills.
- Curious mindset.
- Results-oriented with a consistent track record of successful delivery.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Agile thinking and working.
- Must be team oriented and comfortable working in a highly decentralized organization.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $42,200.00 - $.
