Construction Estimator - Multifamily Plumbing

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year

As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Multifamily Plumbing projects. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Management, and Operations Teams to support successful bids, identify project risks, and help drive profitable project execution.

• 3+ years of Estimating experience within Plumbing, Mechanical Systems, or related Construction trades
• Experience performing Quantity Takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of Multifamily Residential Construction projects
• Experience developing Labor, Material, and Subcontractor cost estimates
• Proficiency with Estimating and Takeoff software such as Bluebeam, Quote Soft, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

• Experience with Service Titan or similar Field Service Management software
• Background supporting both HVAC and Plumbing Service teams
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance Programs or Recurring Service Agreements
• Experience working with Property Management, Facilities, or Multifamily clients
