Project Manager – Residential Exterior Remodeling

Presidential Exteriors — Fairfax, VA (in-person role)

Salary: $45,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience + performance incentives

Employment Type: Full-time

• Conduct accurate field measurements for roofing, siding, and window projects
• Manage multiple remodeling projects at once, from materials to installation
• Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams to keep everything on track
• Track progress, budgets, and timelines to keep projects moving efficiently
• Solve problems quickly and keep communication flowing across every team
• Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

• A valid driver's license and comfort driving between job sites
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A positive attitude and confidence to lead
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and project management tools
• Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus; if you are eager to learn, we will train
