As a Project Manager, you will:

• Ensure safety and compliance on jobsites.
• Develop project budgets and scope of work plans.
• Perform site visits, review specs and drawings, and secure required permits.
• Communicate status updates to customers, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Manage subcontractor schedules and approve invoices.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation for successful execution.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; travel up to 30% with overnight stays.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Preferred:

• College degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Estimating background.
