Field Manager​/Construction Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Northern Virginia area for a Field Manager within the Residential Construction space. The Field Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, supervising work crews, communicating with clients and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing on-site challenges efficiently.

The Field Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the office, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Project management and leadership skills, with experience managing residential construction or home improvement teams.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Competency with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Local to Northern Virginia
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to various work sites within the Northern Virginia area.
• Fluency in English preferred.
