This customer‑service role keeps our shop running smoothly by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and taking messages for staff. You will discuss desired services with customers, provide pricing information, upsell treatments or products when appropriate, generate quotes, estimate wait times, and assist with general cleaning duties. You should take pride in maintaining a positive, seamless retail environment.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Competitive pay of $16.00 per hour.
