This position will perform routine administrative, operational, financial, and customer-support services related to campus parking, transportation, and NOVACard operations. Duties and tasks include performing front office duties including permit sales, citation payments, NOVACard issuance, cash drawer reconciliation & general customer support. Manage print services, refill paper, toner, and staples as needed. Troubleshoot paper jams. Perform parking enforcement duties including checking all applicable parking areas for infractions against parking policy, issuing citations to vehicles, and properly maintaining parking equipment and hardware.
Operating a state enforcement vehicle while performing duties.

Required Qualifications:
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and guidelines. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to answer phones. Good problem solving and critical thinking skills. Minimum work experience: customer service experience, experience working in an office environment, computer experience working in a Windows environment, unrestricted valid driver's license in good standing. Additional considerations: cash-handling experience, experience dealing with customer concerns and problems. This position will require travel between NOVA campuses, primarily the Medical Education Campus (MEC) and Annandale (AN).
