• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations.
• Accountably manage risk by exchanging ideas, following policies, and escalating issues.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Perform daily office responsibilities, including balancing records and resolving outages.
• Handle consumer and business customer problems with professionalism, directing complex issues to leadership.
• Utilize tools for referrals to personal bankers and business partners for tracking.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures, updating as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Experience interacting comfortably with the public and adhering to dress code guidelines.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in problem resolution.
