The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards the overall success of the organization. This position will act as a liaison for the internal and external customers that Alesig Consulting serves.

• Collaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers and other visitors to ensure customer service needs are met
• Ensures efficient and accurate transfer of information
• Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and promptly addressing customers' needs
• Perform other operational requirements as needed, while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call-center environment
  • Previous customer-service experience in transportation service-related role
