Customer Service Representative

Provide onsite full‑time Customer Service & Concierge Desk/Conference Center Support. This position has high client visibility and promotion potential.

• Responds to all telephone, walk‑in, and electronic inquiries for assistance.
• Tracks and monitors service requests to ensure each is accurate, completed, and closed in a timely manner.
• Creates meeting reservations and configures conference rooms in accordance with individual requests.
• Provides support to conference center attendees, including identifying supplies needed, operating equipment, and conference set‑up and breakdown. Ensures conference rooms are clean and void of classified materials at the end of the day.
• Performs other administrative duties, as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience working at a customer service center.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.

• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills sufficient to respond to customers' routine questions in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to manage own activities and workflow under tight deadlines.
• Ability to apply a strong customer focus orientation to understand customer requirements and suggest and implement solutions.
• Ability to ensure that management, co‑workers, customers, and stakeholders are kept informed.
