What You'll Be Doing
  • Educating clients on available programs and services to help them reach their goals.
  • Guiding clients through the steps to begin their programs and making sure they understand the process.
  • Answering questions and providing clear explanations about the benefits of starting a program.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs.
You're a Strong Fit If You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex information in a simple, understandable way.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and client inquiries in a busy environment.
  • A detail‑oriented approach to ensuring clients have all the information they need to start successfully.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
