• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers by phone, email, or in person
• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate

• Use Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to complete daily tasks efficiently
