Front Desk Associate

Erickson Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently;
Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed;
Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents;
Track status of residents involved in situations (e.g., transported to hospital);
Manage resident census information and list of residents who are away and returning, plus log all resident packages and notify residents of package pick-up
