Client Service Representative

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Client Service II Representative for its Print Production Services team. In this role you will be the primary contact for customers, managing print service requests from intake through delivery. You will create and track job tickets, coordinate with production teams, monitor schedules, and ensure output meets quality and accuracy standards. You'll troubleshoot basic print issues, maintain detailed records, and provide proactive communication to clients.

Working within Canon's collaborative, Kyosei-driven culture, you'll support continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for print production service requests
• Manage order intake, job tickets, and production workflows
• Coordinate with print production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Troubleshoot basic print and imaging issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer documentation
• Collaborate with sales and operations to meet customer requirements
• Monitor job status and proactively communicate updates to clients
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
