Heaven’s Best Montessori is seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable Lead Toddler Montessori Teacher to join our growing school community in Fairfax, VA. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about authentic Montessori education and nurturing independence in children ages 16 months–3 years.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage a Montessori Toddler classroom (ages 16 months–3 years)
- Implement authentic Montessori curriculum aligned with AMS/AMI principles
- Foster independence, grace & courtesy, and practical life skills
- Maintain a peaceful, prepared environment
- Conduct observations and maintain student records
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding progress and development
- Ensure classroom compliance with Virginia licensing standards
- Collaborate with administration and staff to support school growth
- Montessori Toddler Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Toddler classroom
- Strong classroom leadership and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of Virginia childcare licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Calm, patient, and nurturing
- Firm yet loving classroom leader
