Job DescriptionSaint Leo the Great Catholic School is seeking enthusiastic elementary school teachers for grades 1‑5. Candidates will possess a deep devotion to the Catholic faith and love working with children, fostering and strengthening students' relationship with Christ.
Elementary teachers are responsible for building the foundational academic and spiritual skills – instructing students in a range of subjects such as reading, language arts, math, science, religion, and social studies; creating engaging lesson plans; managing classroom behavior; assessing student progress; communicating with parents; and providing individualized support to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a supportive learning environment.
Applicants must also have strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and adjust teaching methods in response to daily needs.
