Before​/After School Program Behavioral Technicians

Responsibilities

• Provide adaptive care and support to children with disabilities during school hours and after school.
• Assist with homework and educational activities tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging and inclusive activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Participate in regular assessments of children's development and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with school personnel and community resources to provide additional support and enrichment opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A degree in early childhood education or child development is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a daycare or educational setting, with a focus on before and after school programs.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in adaptive care.
• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages children's exploration and creativity.
• This role is essential for fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children with disabilities, ensuring their well‑being and development through structured activities and supervision.

  7AM-6PM Monday-Friday
• Pay: $25/hour
• Through the end of the school year with summer school/camp hours available
• Behavioral/School experience is preferred (RBT/BT or Teacher Assistant)
