Bixal is building a pipeline of qualified subject matter experts (SMEs) to support anti-human trafficking training and technical assistance (T/TA). Selected experts may be engaged on a short-term, part-time basis to design training content, advise on and peer review training materials, and deliver training in-person or virtually.

This is a call for experts to join a talent pipeline. By applying, you are asking to have your resume reviewed and, if appropriate, added to a consultant database for future consideration.

• Applicant contact depends on alignment with the role. You will be contacted only if a specific project arises in 2027 for which your experience is a strong fit.
• Joining our talent pipeline doesn't guarantee a project or assignment, and there's no obligation for either you or Bixal. If an opportunity aligns with your background, we’ll be in touch.
• Any potential work would be short-term and part-time (for example, designing the content for a single training, advising on one curriculum, or delivering one training session). Assignments are discrete and time-limited; they are not ongoing or full-time roles.
• Availability, timing, and volume of work in 2027 depend entirely on project needs.

The compensation rate is expected to be $100 – $200/hour, depending on scope of work.

Depending on the specific project need, engaged consultants may be asked to do one or more of the following on a short-term basis:

• Design and develop training content and materials — for example, curricula, Training-of-Trainers (ToT) manuals, toolkits, micro-learnings, fact sheets, workbooks, desk guides, and screening tools — aligned with adult-learning principles and suited to in-person, virtual, and self-directed formats.
• Advise on and review training content, including serving as a peer reviewer to assess the accuracy, relevance, and quality of materials.
