Engineers move the mission forward by writing code, collaborating with senior engineers, and working across teams to incorporate input from users, operators, and stakeholders.
- Design and implement DSP algorithms for real‑time and near real‑time processing systems.
- Support the transition of algorithm concepts from prototype to operational deployment.
- Analyze and process RF signals across a range of emitter types.
- Apply signal processing techniques, including detection, estimation, filtering, waveform identification, and feature extraction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate DSP solutions into larger system architectures.
- Conduct performance testing, optimization, and validation in simulated and live environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and system reliability.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 4–8 years of experience developing or supporting RF signal processing solutions
- Proficiency in C/C++ for algorithm development
- Strong understanding of digital signal processing fundamentals
- Experience working with real‑time or near real‑time systems
- Experience supporting Intelligence or Defense community programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Security clearance:
Active TS/SCI w/poly - Experience with RF signal collection or SIGINT systems
- Familiarity with geolocation concepts
- Experience working in complex RF environments
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or Octave for algorithm prototyping and analysis
- Exposure to cloud‑based deployment and CI/CD processes
