Position: This opportunity is in support of an active DoD missile contract as the lead Integration and Test engineer. You will be a hands‑on contributor of comprehensive test documentation, process development and testing (such as planning, execution, validation and reporting). You will be closely participating in a range of testing environments, including but not limited to, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) test beds, on‑site flight tests at various CONUS airfields and government test sites.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and problem‑solving skills to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment. As a team member, you will be collaborating with the larger multidisciplinary team involving the DoD customers and stakeholders, the Chief Engineer and deputies as well as cross‑functional engineers.
Required Skills:
- 2-7 years of experience in systems integration, testing, or systems engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with integration and testing of complex DoD systems.
- Hands‑on experience with test equipment, diagnostic tools, and test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, RS‑232, Ethernet)
- Knowledge and experience with Linux tools and terminal commands.
- Experience with configuration management tools and issue tracking systems (e.g., Git Hub).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work within our company and team culture.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret‑level security clearance.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for test automation and scripting is a plus.
- Proficiency with a Kanban‑based development lifecycle is a plus.

- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting weapon systems, missile programs, or DoD contractors.
