CMTA seeks a Commercial HVAC Controls Service Professional with over 10 years of experience who will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems, bridging client needs with technical solutions. The role supports the Energy Solutions division’s Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs).

• Provide technical support with strong customer relations
• Troubleshoot, commission, and service HVAC controls and building automation systems
• Maintain a vehicle and keep records of service manuals, scheduling, and repairs
• Document work by completing paperwork and maintaining files
• Offer technical support to customers and engineering staff
• Work overtime or weekends as required

• 10+ years commercial HVAC controls and building automation system experience
• Associate’s degree in a related field (or suitable experience)
• Experience integrating with 3rd‑party control systems
• Experience with commissioning
• Knowledge of Tridium Niagara Framework (Niagara AX/N4 certification preferred)
• Understanding of BACnet, Lonworks, and Modbus protocols
• Valid driver’s license in good standing issued by the resident state
