- Lead and manage fire protection service operations for federal government customers
- Oversee inspection, testing, maintenance, and service activities for fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems
- Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements, NFPA standards, and customer‑specific procedures
- Manage service managers, coordinators, technicians, and support staff assigned to federal accounts
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet contract performance requirements
- Conduct site surveys and system assessments to support service execution, repairs, and project opportunities
- Develop service‑related estimates, budgets, and pricing for repairs, upgrades, and contract modifications
- Support bidding efforts for federal ITM contracts, task orders, and service‑related projects
- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams on proposal development and technical input
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and contract deliverables
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record retention in accordance with federal standards
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by federal agencies or AHJs
- Coordinate corrective actions, deficiency resolution, and follow‑up work
- Support contract modifications, change orders, and scope management
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance across service teams
- Support continuous improvement of service processes, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience
- Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience
- High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship for access to classified information. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top‑Secret clearance is required.

- Experience overseeing fire alarm and fire sprinkler ITM programs
- Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards (including NFPA 72 and NFPA 25)
- Experience with estimating, bidding, or pricing service‑related work
- Requires a valid driver's license; this position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy
- Ability to meet federal background, clearance, and site access requirements
