Position: Fire Protection Service Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage fire protection service operations for federal government customers
  • Oversee inspection, testing, maintenance, and service activities for fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements, NFPA standards, and customer‑specific procedures
  • Manage service managers, coordinators, technicians, and support staff assigned to federal accounts
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet contract performance requirements
  • Conduct site surveys and system assessments to support service execution, repairs, and project opportunities
  • Develop service‑related estimates, budgets, and pricing for repairs, upgrades, and contract modifications
  • Support bidding efforts for federal ITM contracts, task orders, and service‑related projects
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales teams on proposal development and technical input
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs, and contract deliverables
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record retention in accordance with federal standards
  • Support audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by federal agencies or AHJs
  • Coordinate corrective actions, deficiency resolution, and follow‑up work
  • Support contract modifications, change orders, and scope management
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance across service teams
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes, compliance, and operational efficiency
Qualifications – Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience
  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship for access to classified information. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top‑Secret clearance is required.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing fire protection service operations
  • Experience supporting federal customers or federal service contracts
  • Experience overseeing fire alarm and fire sprinkler ITM programs
  • Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards (including NFPA 72 and NFPA 25)
  • Experience with estimating, bidding, or pricing service‑related work
  • Requires a valid driver's license; this position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy
  • Ability to meet federal background, clearance, and site access requirements
  • This position has been identified as requiring an additional client background check
