CDM Smith seeks a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to drive the design and execution of extra high voltage substations (230 kV–765 kV). This hybrid role, based in CDM Smith offices, blends hands-on design, project leadership, client engagement, and mentorship of junior engineers.
You will lead design work, validate technical deliverables, interface with clients and vendors, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to engineering standards and tools development.
