Environmental, Safety & Health Manager Security Clearance

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is responsible for Facilities Management and Operations supporting Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions under a major Intelligence Community contract. The Environmental, Safety & Health Manager leads ESH training, programs, and processes to protect the environment and employee productivity.

• Manage and train subordinates on ESH activities for large‑scale projects or multi‑project efforts, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Prepare certification and classification programs and produce supporting ESH documentation.
• Coordinate and execute safety cases, support studies, Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Fire Protection Specifications (FPS), and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) as required by certification or regulatory entities.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and advice to business lines, project management, and company organizations through interpretation and promulgation of ESH practices and procedures in line with client requirements and current legislation.
• Make decisions on engineering and scientific problems related to ESH using advanced techniques and extensions of field theories.
• Lead the implementation of ESH programs, including project site‑based ESH plans, orientation, recognition, and awards programs, to promote a balance between productivity and safety for all project staff and visitors.
• Run gap analyses to identify and address program gaps between company practices, client requirements, and regulatory/legislative requirements, ensuring project compliance.
• Lead initiatives to foster and maintain ESH standards and goals through company‑wide programs to heighten awareness and promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Adhere to and support Fluor's Environmental, Safety & Health and Sustainability Policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 10 years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 14 years if not holding a degree.
• Professional certification in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or Environmental Sciences (e.g., Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, Qualified Environmental Professional).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of job site requirements necessary to complete the role.
• Proficiency in learning and applying applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner.
• Top Secret SCI with Polysecurity clearance (or equivalent).
