Analyze monthly sales, financial and operational reports. Collect, review and analyze data and prepare various financial reports on a routine basis. Use variance analysis, database and financial accounting analysis to identify areas of concern and recommend changes. Perform General Ledger analysis and review financial results and research issues as appropriate. Prepare financial reports that summarize and forecast the company’s financial position.

Analyze and project the company’s cash flow. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Knowledge of and/or experience in financial and strategic analysis, planning/forecasting, reporting, analysis, financial modeling, and advanced excel skills.

Looking for sharp recent graduates with 0-5 years experience in civil/land development services. The candidate must have a BS degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with experience/course works in land planning, AutoCAD, topography/land surveying, soil/geotechnical, site grading plans, and related areas.

EIT certification is a plus.
