Experience:
At least ten (10) years of experience in government or critical infrastructure industry directly related to experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
Sample Duties:
Develops requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion in the subject matter area for communications and/or information technology systems.
Perform technical analysis and evaluation, preparation of technical specifications, system budgets, project timelines and benchmarks and preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts.
