We are seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to help individuals, families, and business owners build, protect, and transfer wealth. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build a long-term advisory practice supported by a collaborative team, strong leadership, and a robust platform.
You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop comprehensive financial strategies that evolve as their lives and businesses change.
Responsibilities- Build and manage long-term client relationships based on trust and fiduciary care
- Conduct holistic financial planning,
- Investment and portfolio strategies,
- Retirement and income planning
- Risk management and insurance solutions
- Estate and legacy planning coordination
- Develop customized financial plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and firm-supported marketing
- Collaborate with internal specialists and leadership to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and planning expertise
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, economics, or related field)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and client-first attitude
- FINRA licenses (Series 7/66 or 65) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, consulting, or relationship management is a plus—but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and client-first attitude
- FINRA licenses (Series 7/66 or 65) preferred or willingness to obtain
