Mortgage Loan Processor position at Gina Myers Team, Cross Country Mortgage, Fairfax, VA.

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join the Gina Myers Team at Cross Country Mortgage, a high-energy, collaborative group that gets it done. On‑site in Fairfax, VA, is preferred, but highly qualified candidates in the EST time zone may be considered for hybrid/remote. • Review borrower credit, income, assets, and employment documentation.
• Assemble and prepare complete loan files for underwriting.
• Order, verify, and manage third‑party documents (title, survey, flood certification, payoffs, etc.).
• Ensure loan files are accurate, compliant, and ready for closing.
• Communicate with the Loan Officer, underwriters, clients, and vendors to keep files moving.
• Manage your pipeline and meet turn times with excellence.
• Support, train, and collaborate with teammates as needed.
