Job DescriptionWe are looking for Program and Policy Officers (Executive Officers), at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
Responsibilities- Ability to conduct research and prepare responses to support intelligence operations and decision-making.
- Experience in intelligence operations/analysis/support to field operations.
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
- Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
- Level 3
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- D emonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
- Level 4
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- D emonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
- Level 5
- Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Tradecraft-related work experience
- D emonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
*** Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree ***
Desired Qualifications- Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
