Well established, reputable salon and spa of 15 years, located on Main st. in the City of Fairfax is now seeking highly skilled, personable hair stylists to join our hair department team!
Compensation- We offer the highest pay in the industry with options for bonuses
- Guaranteed pay or straight commission structure by pay period
- Signing bonus for service providers with existing client base
- Commission on product sales (product sales are optional)
- Option to be an employee or independent contractor (your preference)
- No fees for products, admin, laundry or other miscellaneous fees
- We provide professional products and tools for your use
Providing the highest level of service. Our staff takes pride in providing an excellent customer service experience and we are looking for someone who will treat clients with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications- VA state cosmetology license
- Ability to connect and communicate well with clients
- Skilled, friendly, personable, reliable, great work ethic
