Provide hands-on resident care per the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and maintain a safe, home-like environment.;
Observe, document, and report changes in residents condition and communicate with families and the care team.;
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and participate in life enrichment activities.;
Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells; follow safety regulations and use PPE as required.;
Engage residents in meals and activities to promote dignity and a warm, engaging atmosphere.
