Project ManagerJob Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for implementing new programs and initiatives.
- Oversees the implementation of all projects and initiatives within the Care Management department and cross-boundary initiatives.
- Ensures department projects and any interfacing projects meet all objectives are completed on time and within budget.
- Designs and implements systems/programs for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data.
- Provides direction and supervision of all newly established programs and processes where required.
- Ensures consistency of processes within all function areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
- Provides support for the development and implementation of primary care evidence-based protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures uniformity of specification in cross-functional projects and programs.
- Ensures cross-functional efficiency in workflows and processes.
- Ensures cross-coordination and connection of disparate functions, including coordination between inpatient and outpatient functions.
- Provides for the aggregation and flow of data/information across functional areas in Care Management and beyond.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience: 3 years of Project Management experience
- Clinical Research experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of the regulatory apparatus for research studies
- REDCap monitoring (experience building/managing databases)
- Familiarity working with research budgets and multi-site/vendor collaborations
