Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands‑on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach.

• Paid at Virginia minimum wage
  , with performance-based bonus opportunities
• 5–10 hours per week
• In-field, face‑to‑face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms throughout the Fairfax, VA area

• Conduct in‑person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area
• Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources
• Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys
• Research and identify high‑potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys)
• Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis

• Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently
• Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre‑Law, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)

• Direct exposure and ability to build relationships with healthcare and legal referral networks
• Practical experience in relationship‑based marketing and field outreach
• Insight into healthcare‑legal collaboration and patient referral pathways
• Resume‑building experience with measurable real‑world impact

The pay range for this role is: 12.77 - 12.77 USD per hour (Kaizo Health of Fairfax)
