Radiology Extern 2
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist technologist with imaging procedures and may position patient for specified X-Ray exams according to department protocols/procedures and transport/escort patients as necessary
- Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, protocols, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, and environmental standards.
- Works well with all Radiologists to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Ensures equipment functions, cleanliness of work areas, and preparation of exam room and patient.
- Education: High School or GED. Full-time student in good standing in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Certification: Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
