Business Development Manager​/Clinical Liason

Five Star Home Health Care helps seniors maintain their independence by providing personalized care services in the comfort of their homes. We offer skilled nursing, advanced wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and medical social worker support for homebound individuals recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or injuries. By fully integrating post-acute care services, we manage care transitions seamlessly, minimize unnecessary hospital readmissions, and deliver whole-person care, ensuring a smooth recovery journey for clients.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fairfax, VA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners and clients, and developing strategic plans to meet growth objectives.

This role is critical to our growth and community presence, and I’m looking for someone who:

• Knows the Northern Virginia healthcare landscape well
• Has strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and ALFs
• Is passionate about helping patients access high-quality home health services
• Thrives in a relationship-driven, field-based role

• Business development, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
• Proven success in sales and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities
• Experience in healthcare or home health industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
