Own RxHere’s regulatory and quality compliance program across our 50-state 503A operation — policies, inspections, licensing, and USP standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and audit USP 795/797/800 compliance programs
- Manage multi-state (50-state) pharmacy licensing and registrations
- Prepare for and manage board of pharmacy and accreditation inspections
- Develop, maintain, and train staff on SOPs and policies
- Oversee documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective actions
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates
- PharmD or equivalent regulatory/quality background required
- Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience required
- Deep working knowledge of 503A regulations and USP standards
- Experience with multi-state licensing strongly preferred
- Track record managing board of pharmacy inspections Preferred
- Compliance certification
- PharmD or equivalent regulatory/quality background required
