Recruiter – PEG, LLC
Position:
Recruiting professional responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

- Promote open positions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and streamline communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to share best practices, assist in filling critical positions, and implement company‑wide recruiting initiatives.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines, including relationships with colleges, trade schools, third‑party platforms, industry associations, and employer‑branding initiatives.
- Screen potential qualified candidates tied to hiring managers’ expectations.
- Maintain and update job postings across relevant platforms.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Assist with interview process by preparing questions and selection materials; conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR Management during offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Human Resources Department.
- At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Minimum 1 year recruiting for positions within the skilled trades industry (highly preferred).
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and applicable employment laws.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced with social media recruitment, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when appropriate, and thrive in a high‑paced environment.
