Driver Recruiter - Independent Contractor

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking a passionate and results driven Independent Contractor Driver Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top notch talent under your own time and direction. Your goal will be to identify, engage and facilitate the hire of qualified Class A Drivers nationwide.

• Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source drivers
• Conducting phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
• Maintaining relationships with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
• Working closely with your lead recruiter to understand the needs and demands of the business
• Utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment events for outreach
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Self-motivated with a results driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Ability to create a website and social media with your individual brand

• $65k - $150k per year earning potential
• Pay is percentage based per hire
• Unlimited earning potential (if you follow the playbook)
• 1099 Independent Contractor position
