CGI Federal is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Early Career Programs Coordinator to join our U.S. Early Career Programs team. In this role, the Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across the early career recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure accurate processes, timely execution, and an exceptional candidate experience.
The Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting operations, campus engagement, candidate experience initiatives, and programming support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, and values organization, relationship building, and high quality service delivery. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and ensure all candidate and hiring team communications are timely, clear, and professional.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting tools; ensure compliance and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and support offer coordination activities in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding coordination and pre employment activities, including support for background investigations and security clearance initiation processes.
- Provide administrative and program support for recruiting events, career fairs, internship programming, and other early career programs and initiatives.
- Manage logistics for campus recruiting and early career events, including event registration, payments, materials, and shipping preparation.
- Support candidate travel and expenses when required.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, communication, and candidate experience.
- Serve as an ambassador for CGI's Early Career Programs by delivering organized, high quality, and consistent support across recruiting and program activities.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent operations, administrative support, or related fields may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in supporting recruiting, HR operations, program coordination, administrative functions, or related activities.
- Experience with interview coordination, scheduling, logistics management, or hiring support activities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
Professional, organized, eager to learn and grow in the early careers and talent acquisitions space. Knowledge and working experience within SharePoint would be wonderful.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $38,800.00 - $85,100.00.
