Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist

JANSON is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding. Your expertise will help us attract top talent while maintaining compliance with all relevant employment regulations. • - Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
• - Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
• - Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and recordkeeping standards.
• - Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.
• - Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.
• - Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.
• - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.

• - 3 years of relevant experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
• - Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• - Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• - Experience with Paylocity.
• - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• - Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, or government contracting.
• - Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and Federal contractor recruiting practices.

Hybrid: 2 days per week in office.
