Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees for our company.

• Interview applicants and make hiring decisions based on each candidate's skills and qualifications
• Hire and onboard new employees by adding them to all company online systems
• Manage background checks for new and existing employees
• Maintain each employee's personnel file and ensure all files contain required forms and documentation
• Manage government contract requirements and compliance (including specific background checks, vaccinations, clearance checks, etc.)
• Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to explain company policies
• Answer office phones
• Other duties as assigned

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (8‑hour shift)

From $55,000.00 per year. This is a salaried position that may increase based on performance and tenure with the company.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must work well with others
• Good customer service skills to establish a positive working relationship with employees

• Human resources: 2 years (Required)
