ECS is seeking a
Service Now Senior AI Technical Consultant/Developer to work
remotely .

We’re looking for an experienced Service Now Sr. AI Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of next-generation AI-driven solutions. As a Service Now AI Technical Architect/Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Service Now’s Now Assist, AI Agents, and integrations with external Large Language Models (LLMs).

Salary Range: $170,000 – $205,000

• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Must be able to architect and develop solutions leveraging Service Now Now Assist and AI Agents to automate complex business processes.
• 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, including practical application of Generative AI and configuring AI-driven workflows.
• 5+ years of Service Now development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini) and integrating them into enterprise workflows.
• Service Now Fundamentals (CSA) and Service Now Implementation certifications.
• Functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now configuration and implementation.
• Consultant in 3 or more Service Now implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript within Service Now.
• Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients to define AI strategies and use cases.
• Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services (REST/SOAP).

• Service Now certifications in two or more applications (CAD, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine).
• Knowledge of Generative AI Controller and Now Assist capability framework.
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification.
• Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and networks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning models for enterprise specific contexts.
