ECS is seeking a Service Now Senior ITOM Technical Consultant/Developer to work remotely
.

We’re looking for an experienced Service Now ITOM Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of end-to-end automated solutions. As a Service Now ITOM Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions using Service Now’s ITOM platform.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000

• Design, develop, and implement custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions on the Service Now ITOM platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ITOM designs.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent
• Must be able to solution and develop complex Discovery Patterns and Service Maps Service Now platform.
• 3+ years

  Service Now development experience in ITOM
  .
• 5+ years
  ;
  Service Now development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
• Service Now Fundamentals (CSA) and Service Now Implementation certifications.
• Functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now configuration and implementation.
• Consultant in 3 or more Service Now implementation projects
• Knowledge of JavaScript within Service Now.
• Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
• Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services.

• Service Now certifications in two or more applications (CAD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC, Sec Ops, SAM or HR)
• ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certification
• Security Plus (Sec+) certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of systems, infrastructure and networks
