Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and Azure services
- Lead the design and optimization of digital workflows, including email, chat, routing, and automation, following industry best practices
- Establish, enforce, and continuously improve platform governance standards, including environment strategy, solution design guidelines, and ALM practices
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting, integrations, performance issues, and platform-related challenges
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM-focused)
- 5+ years of experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service operations, including routing strategies, capacity management, interaction classification, and digital workflow implementation
- Proven experience designing enterprise application architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Strong understanding of system integrations, performance optimization, and platform governance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as a technical authority across teams
