We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Manager to lead a complex, 24x7x365 operations environment. This role oversees enterprise‑wide monitoring, incident coordination, and Tier II operational support across diverse systems and applications. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience with enterprise monitoring tools, rapid incident response, and operational leadership within a large‑scale IT environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities- Lead and manage a 24x7x365 Enterprise Operations Center responsible for monitoring and coordinating incident response across the organization.
- Oversee an operations team responsible for tracking, escalating, and driving resolution of Tier II incidents.
- Design, configure, maintain, and operate enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Solar Winds, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Zabbix, vRealize, or similar platforms.
- Develop and optimize monitoring solutions that enhance visibility, reduce operational effort, and improve detection and response times.
- Ensure continuous assessment of availability, performance, and capacity of enterprise IT systems.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to operations center staff.
- Develop documentation, workflows, and processes that support efficient and effective enterprise monitoring operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and application support teams to address systemic issues and drive long‑term improvements.
- ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (or higher).
- Minimum of five years of experience managing an enterprise operations center or similar environment.
- At least five years of experience leading operations staff within large, complex technical environments.
- Demonstrated experience triaging, prioritizing, and escalating critical incidents in alignment with mission and operational objectives.
- Secret‑level security clearance.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to operate effectively in a high‑tempo environment.
- Expert problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise monitoring and event management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a broad range of technical teams.
