IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PgM) to lead the successful delivery of a large, complex IT services program. The PgM will serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and will oversee strategy, execution, service quality, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across a geographically dispersed technical and operational workforce.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program communications, coordination, and escalation.
- Provide overall leadership, management, and direction for all contractor personnel assigned to the program.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery across all technical and business processes.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact program performance.
- Make organizational commitments and decisions related to program execution on behalf of the company.
- Oversee operational performance, staffing, and service delivery, and compliance with program requirements.
- Lead and support geographically dispersed operations and engineering teams.
- Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) activities and other performance tracking mechanisms.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- Demonstrated experience delivering IT services within an ITIL/ITSM framework on programs similar in size and complexity.
- At least seven years of management experience leading programs comparable in scale, dollar value, and scope.
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management on large projects.
- Experience leading distributed technical teams with diverse skill sets.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience implementing service level agreements and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and management of cost‑type contracts.
- Experience with SDLC processes, SAFe Agile methodologies, and modernizing environments toward CI/CD or Dev Sec Ops practices.
