Overview
Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, a leader in Cancer care, is seeking a Full Time On‑Site IT Support Coordinator. GREAT BENEFITS INCLUDE:

SCOPE:
Provides technical systems support by troubleshooting and resolving routine system issues and requests. Assists in network and end user support by answering calls, documenting incidents, and requests for service, setting up user accounts, and assisting user with answering questions. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- Assist in creating new employee accounts in multiple technical systems
- Provides basic systems maintenance to ensure accounts are active, updated and terminated when needed. Escalates non-routine issues to next level of support.
- Documents and maintains records of systems account audits quarterly, network issues, support, vendor communications.
- May assist coworkers with troubleshooting technical computer systems operations including maintenance and upgrades.
- May set up and delete user 's and passwords in practice management systems and submits requests to the appropriate support desk.
- Work chart messages, emails, and phone calls related to problem solving for all levels of VCS staff.
- Provide refresher training on the technical systems as needed/requested.
- Provide additional support to IT team projects and roll outs, as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Degree with an affinity for Information Technology required. Prior computer network experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills required. A valid driver’s license and personal transportation. Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications highly desired.
