Everforth ECS CS is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

Role Overview

As a versatile contributor and client‑facing liaison within the Information Management team, you will support project planning and execution, requirements gathering, process documentation, and information architecture. You will bridge technical execution and stakeholder communication, owning work streams with limited direction in a fast‑moving program environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct client consultation and requirements elicitation: lead discovery sessions, elicit functional/operational requirements, and translate complex mission problems into clear technical requirements.
  • Agile project management and delivery execution: take independent ownership of client work streams, track tasks, milestones, and risks using Jira, and support sprint planning and program increment (PI) planning within the SAFe framework.
  • Cross‑functional communication liaison: serve as the primary communication bridge across engineering, operations, and client teams, translating technical data architecture concepts into accessible language for non‑technical executive audiences.
  • Information architecture and knowledge governance: structure, organize, and maintain high‑fidelity client knowledge repositories, establish content taxonomies and metadata standards, and collaborate on end‑user training and agency onboarding materials.
  • Operational process optimization: develop and refine client‑facing process workflows, SOPs, and program governance frameworks aligned to mission objectives.
  • Client engagement and strategic briefings: prepare and deliver high‑level presentations, status communications, and strategic change‑management briefings to federal executive leadership and agency personnel.
  • Adoption and technical onboarding support: collaborate on end‑user training and guidance documentation to maximize platform adoption.
Required Skills
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6‑8+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, information management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate client‑facing meetings, capture requirements, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments.
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating technical objectives across diverse teams, including engineering, operations, and management stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting IT systems in a project, analytical, or operational capacity.
  • 2+ years of experience in information or knowledge management, including organizing content repositories, developing documentation standards, or supporting information architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe; familiarity with Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining professional documentation, including process guides, SOPs, requirements documentation, and stakeholder‑facing deliverables.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and content management platforms.
  • Familiarity with information architecture principles, taxonomy design, metadata standards, and content governance.
  • Exposure to Service Now, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), or similar tools in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience supporting large federal IT programs ($100M+).
  • Background in cybersecurity, data management, or federal compliance environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward certification.
  • SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist).
About This Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of federal data services, contributing to a mission‑critical program that improves cybersecurity visibility across the U.S. government. You will work alongside a talented team of engineers, data specialists, and program managers in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment that values continuous improvement, cross‑functional excellence, and mission impact.
