We're looking for an experienced Service Now Sr. AI Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of next-generation AI-driven solutions. As a Service Now AI Technical Architect/Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Service Now's Now Assist, AI Agents, and integrations with external Large Language Models (LLMs).
Salary Range: $205,000 - $265,000
General Description of Benefits
* Must be a US Citizen per the contract with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
* Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Must be able to architect and develop solutions leveraging Service Now Now Assist and AI Agents to automate complex business processes.
* 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, including practical application of Generative AI and configuring AI-driven workflows.
* 5+ years of Service Now development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience working with AI and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini) and integrating them into enterprise workflows.
* Service Now Fundamentals (CSA) and Service Now Implementation certifications.
* Functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now configuration and implementation.
* Consultant in 3 or more Service Now implementation projects.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript within Service Now.
* Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients to define AI strategies and use cases.
* Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
