Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational execution of endpoint management services for ARNG user devices in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Direct and oversee configuration, deployment, and patch management activities for various devices.
- Ensure compliance with security baselines and hardening standards across all endpoints.
- Supervise and guide endpoint technicians in daily operations and tasks.
- Coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts and monitor device health.
- Provide comprehensive operational reporting and technical guidance to meet cybersecurity requirements.
- Ensure alignment of endpoint services with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity standards.
- Facilitate the lifecycle sustainment of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Clearance:
Secret Eligible required - S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level - Certifications (one or more required):
Security
X / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT - Education:
Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering] - Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise endpoint management within DoD or Federal environments
- Proven experience in directing endpoint configuration and deployment activities
- Strong background in patch management and compliance validation
- Experience in supervising technical teams and enforcing security standards
- Ability to provide technical oversight and ensure reliable endpoint services
